The face is like the crown of our body, so it gets all the attention all the time but what about your feet that over work around? Considering the huge responsibility legs have, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that we don’t always give them the kind of care and attention that they deserve. We ignore them, but it’s not too late to make amends.
Here we give you 10 ways to revive your feet without heading to the salon.
Wear socks with closed backs shoes in routine days. If you have to work in prolonged standings, try to wear closed ends shoes and select soft and easy wearing shoes.
#2.Improves Crack Heels:
In a tub of luke warm water, add salt and Vaseline and dip your feet in the mixture for half an hour and clean your heels with some a pumice stones or a heel brush.
Apply heels cream before going to sleep and leave the applied cream for whole night. You will feel better after some days.
Healthy diet is also necessary to cure cracked heels. Take proper diet enriched with calcium that includes milk, yogurt, fruits, meat and vegetables etc.
Apply mixture of glycerine and rose water on your heels for softer skin on daily basis.
Take concentrated lemon juice and dip your heels in this juice for 15 minutes. Don’t worry if it hits your cracks as it is acidic but it will give your better results.

Take three lime’s juice, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of almond oil and 10-15 fresh mint leaves along with a few drops of lime essential oil
Cut the limes into small pieces and pulse these small lime pieces into a thick pulp in food processor. Mix this thick pulp of lime with all other ingredients in a bowl. Apply this scrub on your feet using the tips of your finger. Remove the scrub with warm water through massage with a warm damp towel.

Take a tbsp of white oats, 1 tbsp of honey, half cup water, half tbsp milk,
Boil oats in water till they are a little soft, then add these in a bowl and mix all the other ingredients. Mix well and make a paste.
Wash and pat dry your hands. Apply scrub on your hands including fingers. Let the scrub stay on your hands for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off the hand scrub with lukewarm water. Take your regular moisturizer and massage it into your hands skin making rotational movements. Use this scrub twice a week for best results.
Apply mixture of cucumber juice and glycerin on your feet.
Take tomato juice, glycerin and lime juice in equal proportions and apply this paste on your hands every night.
Prevention of cracking by keeping feet supple and moisturized can solve nearly 50% of all feet problems. Avoid exposing feet to extremes of temperature.
